Kaori Body Oils Return & Refund Policy

At Kaori Body Oils, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handcrafted body oils to enhance your self-care experience. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any body oils or personal care products. All sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at info@kaoribodyoils.com within 7 days of receiving your product.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or leaking, please email us at info@kaoribodyoils.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or store credit if approved. 

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the mistake by sending the correct product at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Kaori Body Oils is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you suspect a lost package, please check with your local postal service or file a claim with the carrier.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve it.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations: We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses once an order has shipped.

5. Allergy Disclaimer

Our products contain natural ingredients, including nut-based oils. If you have allergies, please review the ingredient list before purchasing. Kaori Body Oils is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. We recommend a patch test before full use.
